After Dinner Money started as an inside joke that quickly turned into something more.

“Don’t spend it all before dinner,” we’d say — busting on the friend who always blew his bankroll early. Whether it was a “can’t lose” 1PM football parlay or a hot streak at the high-limit blackjack table that suddenly went cold, he’d somehow always find a way to be tapped out before the night even started.

We’d remind him: You better have money for after dinner.

Because no one was covering his drinks at the club — and he definitely wasn’t borrowing money for another run at the slots.

Then one night, at a group dinner at the casino — Asian food, of course — he came running in late, fired up, yelling:
“I’ve got that After Dinner Money.”

That was it. The phrase stuck.

What started as an inside joke became a mindset. A symbol of good times, and always being ready for whatever the night brings, especially after dinner.

Now, it lives on through our clothing — a reminder to pace yourself, bet smart, and never miss the best part of the night.
